Every once in awhile I will post pics and info and comments about artists I have found on the net. This fellow is the first. His name is Michael Maier and I think his energetic work speaks for itself...really love his honest expressiveness...it explodes...enjoy.

I am re-collecting myself. this is a new site...it here because it is free and because it is simple enough for me use. The old site carried the weight of a hefty price tag. I would like to spend the little money available to me for paints, paper, canvas and the likes. Here is my work space....lovely isn't. One of the tasks at hand is a major clean up. I have not

Andrew is a member of the Franciscan Order and a Catholic priest. As an artist, he believes in spontaneous expression and relies on the intuitive process to create evocative images. Some of his work is biographical. Most, however is pure whimsy. He delights in the play of form and color.
